Results of Our 11/2009 Client Survey

We surveyed current clients as well as non-clients in November 2009. The most surprising result was that only 42% of non-clients were happy with their current tax and accounting firm! Over 90% of OUR clients told us the quality of our services was either above average or well above average.

Although over 90% of our clients think we are doing a great job, we're striving for more. We continually look for ways to improve and make us the top tax and accounting firm in the area.
