Duties include handling daily office tasks such as greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, light bookkeeping, invoicing, mailings, etc. Additional duties include data entry for client bookkeeping and payroll. With right person and right attitude, this could become a full-time position.

This is a very unique opportunity for the right person. We are looking for someone to assume a large role as a lead QuickBooks Specialist for SMT & Associates. This individual would taking a leading role in not only handling QuickBooks consulting engagements but also in how QuickBooks services are marketed and how our clients are serviced. This role will give you the ability to take a very pro-active role while still maintaining a good amount of autonomy. Perfect for someone who wants to develop their own practice while utilizing the strength of a CPA firm.
Please note: Pay for this position is contingent on work performed; we cannot guarantee a certain amount of work or number of hours to be paid. This position is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to be able to take an active role in the development of this niche, with the support of a CPA firm.
