| Steve Trojan, CPA Steve Trojan is a CPA, licensed in Illinois, and has over 20 years of experience dealing with small and mid-sized companies. | Mr. Trojan is a graduate of the University of Colorado Business School, is a CPA in the State of Illinois, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce. |

| Mr. Trojan was a tax and accounting counselor at the Small Business Development Center at McHenry County College where he counseled clients interested in learning about starting or expanding their business. Previously, Mr. Trojan served as Treasurer for McHenry County PADS, and Treasurer for The Lakeside Legacy Foundation. | |

| Kathy Warnock, EA, CFP Kathy is an Enrolled Agent and a Certified Financial Planner. Prior to joining us, Kathy owned and operated her own accounting and tax practice for 12 years. She specializes in business and personal tax preparation, tax planning, small business accounting, QuickBooks training, and financial planning for individuals. |
