| Mr. Trojan is a graduate of the University of Colorado Business School, is a CPA in the State of Illinois, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce. |

| Mr. Trojan was a tax and accounting counselor at the Small Business Development Center at McHenry County College where he counseled clients interested in learning about starting or expanding their business. Previously, Mr. Trojan served as Treasurer for McHenry County PADS, and Treasurer for The Lakeside Legacy Foundation. | |
